Cedric Lorenzo, MD

Surgeon

Dr. Cedric Lorenzo grew up in Waipahu and earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. After completing general surgery training at the University of Hawaii Surgical Residency Program, Dr. Lorenzo went on to gain additional training and experience by completing two specialty fellowships at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois and the Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. At these two premiere institutions, Dr. Lorenzo trained with leaders in the field of minimally invasive and bariatric surgery and gained expertise in the treatment of obesity and diseases of the abdomen, throat, stomach, intestines, colon and other digestive organs.

For nearly two decades, Dr. Lorenzo has led and developed the Queen’s Medical Center’s medical and surgical weight loss programs and successfully acheived national accreditation and numerous local awards. He has helped countless of Hawaii’s residents and families regain control of their health and wellbeing.
